At ZC Crafts, we value the quality of our handmade products and ensure that every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
For this reason, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return Policy.

🔹 1. No Refund Policy
ZC Crafts does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product
• Not liking the product after receiving it
• Delay caused by courier/shipping companies
• Minor variations in design or color (handmade items may differ slightly)
All purchases are final.
🔹 2. No Return Policy
We do not accept product returns unless the item qualifies for our 7-Day Exchange Policy (see below).
Items that have been used, unboxed, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
🔹 3. 7-Day Exchange Policy (Allowed Only in Specific Cases)
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:
✔ You received a damaged item
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ There is a manufacturing defect
❌ Exchange will NOT be accepted if:
• It is a change of mind
• The product has been used
• The product is damaged by the customer
• Original packaging or accessories are missing
• Handmade patterns differ slightly (normal in handmade products)
🔹 4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at zccrafts.store@gmail.com
- Include your Order Number
- Attach clear photos or video showing the issue
- Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same or equivalent item
The customer may be required to send the item back for inspection before the exchange is approved.
🔹 5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Used products
• Items damaged after delivery
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Clearance or discounted products (if marked as non-exchangeable)
